Touch, Feel, Connect: Self-Massage Care

Touch is the quickest way to a body-mind-emotional connection. We all crave it. It is one of the most healing of all our senses because it is linked to the skin and nervous system which directly connects to our body's ability to FEEL and communicate to our brain that we are SAFE. This in turn helps emotions such as anxiety and stress to reduce so our body can relax. And who doesn't want that right now?

Unfortunately during this time of social distancing, many of us have found ourselves in isolation from our loved ones and have been deprived of touch. While that can feel lonely, it also be used as a beautiful opportunity to get creative and find ways to offer ourselves the healing touch that we need.

Join me for the relaxing hour workshop, where I will guide you through self-massage techniques and mindfulness practices that I have learned over 20 years as a bodyworker. No experience necessary. All are welcome!
